After more than a decade in the tech industry, I understand urgency, but I remain wary of FOMO. I’ve written the docs, built the demos, and organized the specs. I know that the inability to ship is the currency with which you pay your product and tech debt.

In a world optimizing for now and the easiest how, I start by unearthing the who and the why.
